Great service

The service was excellent, but I had an appointment for 1:45 PM AND I was there at 1:45 PM . However I had to wait an well over hour before the Dr. did see me . 6 or 7 people in front of me.

Did they have appointments before me ? I am not sure , I think I could have been the 3rd person from 1:00 PM , according to your scheduling info . regards, Robert

The staff at the office was very kind and helpful and allowed me to obtain my FAA Medical Certificate easily and smoothly. They answered all my questions and helped me for the future.

I needed a special issuance and he charged me extra for the exam. I was denied. it’s crystal clear in the AME handbook that Hemo dialysis is absolutely disqualifying. As a Senior Medical Examiner he certainly should have known this. Provided no assistance at all dealing with the FAA.

I tried for years to get my medical back. It wasn’t until Dr. Basri got involved that things started to happen. In two weeks the FAA sent me my medical and in a month I was back at the job that I loved. Thank you Dr. Basri for doing what no other AME seemed to be able to do. Dr Basri and his assistant Trish are two truly wonderful people! I’ll never go anywhere else!
